Katram ceturtajam īrniekam Latvijā nav rakstiski noformētu līgumattiecību

Notāru dienās 4. un 5. martā visā Latvijā iespēja saņemt notāra konsultācijas bez maksas

Viena no aktuālākajām problēmām īres un nomas tirgū ir nesakārtotas līgumattiecības, kas ir pamats dažādām nelikumībām un krāpniecības gadījumiem. Vairāk nekā ceturtā daļa jeb 27% mājokļu īres darījumu Latvijā tiek slēgti bez rakstiski sagatavota līguma, īrniekam un izīrētājam mutiski vienojoties savā starpā. Savukārt nepilnīgi vai nepareizi noformētu līgumattiecību dēļ 51% īrnieku un 58% izīrētāju saskārušies ar dažādām problēmām, nelikumībām vai krāpniecību, secināts Latvijas Zvērinātu notāru padomes (LZNP) un sabiedriskās domas pētījumu centra SKDS veiktajā aptaujā. Lai iedzīvotājiem skaidrotu ar nekustamo īpašumu saistītos tiesiskos aspektus, šogad Notāru dienu ietvaros 4. un 5. martā līdzās citiem juridiskiem jautājumiem īpaša uzmanība pievērsta tieši īres un nomas līgumattiecību sakārtošanai.

Lai arī ceturtā daļa īres darījumu tiek balstīti uz mutiskas vienošanās pamata, kā izplatītākā mājokļa īres līgumattiecību forma visbiežāk tiek izmantots standarta, pašrocīgi gatavots īres līgums – šādu pieeju izmanto puse jeb 50% īrnieku. Notariāli apliecināts īres līgums ir vien 4% īrnieku, savukārt 15% īrnieku un izīrētāju attiecības tiek regulētas citā veidā.

Noslēgtā īres līguma vai vienošanās veidam ir tieša saistība ar iedzīvotāju pārliecību par viņu tiesību un interešu aizstāvību. “Kopumā vairāk nekā piektā daļa jeb 22% īrnieku, kā arī 28% izīrētāju nav pārliecināti, ka esošās līgumattiecības nodrošinās viņu tiesību aizsardzību konfliktsituācijās. Turklāt lielāka nepārliecinātība un šaubas ir to īrnieku vidū, kuriem ir mutiska vienošanās ar izīrētāju. Savukārt īrnieki, kuriem ir noslēgts notariāli apliecināts īres līgums, lielākoties ir pilnībā pārliecināti par savu interešu aizsardzību problēmu gadījumos. Būtiski ņemt vērā, ka notariāli apliecināts līgums ne vien sniedz tiesisko garantiju abām pusēm, bet arī drīzumā tam būs izpildu dokumenta spēks, nodrošinot ātru saistību izpildi ārpus tiesas,” skaidro LZNP priekšsēdētāja Sandra Jakušenoka.

Paviršība līgumu noformēšanā veicina krāpniecības gadījumus, kuros ticis iesaistīts katrs otrais īrnieks un izīrētājs. “Izplatītākās problēmas, ar ko saskārušies īrnieki, ir izīrētāja pieprasījums maksājumus par īri veikt skaidrā naudā, neizsniedzot samaksu apliecinošu dokumentu un nevēlēšanās veikt nepieciešamos remontdarbus (to norādījuši 26% respondentu), kā arī izīrētāja aizliegums deklarēt dzīvesvietu mājoklī (18% respondentu), ierašanās mājoklī bez brīdinājuma (16% respondentu) un nevēlēšanās parakstīt īres līgumu (15% respondentu). Savukārt mājokļa izīrētāji visbiežāk saskārušies ar tādu nekorektu īrnieku rīcību kā kavēti īres maksājumi (to norādījuši 45% respondentu), izīrētā mājokļa neuzturēšana kārtībā (31% respondentu), kā arī īres maksas un maksas par pakalpojumiem nemaksāšana (30% respondentu),” stāsta pētījumu centra SKDS direktors Arnis Kaktiņš.

Kavēti vai nesamaksāti rēķini ir viens no strīdiem, kas tiek izšķirts tiesās. Lai arī gandrīz puse jeb 47% īrnieku atzinuši, ka gadījumos, ja izveidotos konflikts ar mājokļa īpašnieku, viņi visdrīzāk nevērstos tiesā, tiesu statistika liecina, ka kopš 2010. gada iesniegto prasību par īrnieku izlikšanu īres maksas nemaksāšanas dēļ skaits palielinājies par 21%. 2010. gadā tiesā skatītas 363 prasības izlikšanu no mājokļa īres nemaksāšanas dēļ, taču pērn tās bijušas jau 438 prasības. Tāpat iedzīvotāji vēršas tiesā ar prasībām par īres maksas noteikšanu, paaugstināšanu vai samazināšanu, līguma izbeigšanu un īrnieka izlikšanu.

Kā vēl viena būtiska īres un nomas tirgus problēma ir norēķinu veikšana skaidrā naudā, neizsniedzot samaksu apliecinošu dokumentu. 41% izīrētāju maksājumus saņem skaidrā naudā, nemaksājot nodokļus par saimniecisko darbību, secināts LZNP un SKDS veiktajā iedzīvotāju aptaujā. “Turpretim Valsts ieņēmumu dienestā (VID) darbības veidu – sava vai nomāta nekustamā īpašuma izīrēšana un pārvaldīšana līdz šim ir reģistrējušas 13 168 fiziskās personas. Savukārt 3225 personas ir izmantojušas likumā „Par iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokli” paredzēto iespēju paziņot Valsts ieņēmumu dienestam par saimnieciskās darbības veikšanu bez reģistrēšanās. Nereģistrētas saimnieciskās darbības ierobežošana kā viens no pasākumiem cīņā ar ēnu ekonomiku ir bijusi viena no VID darbības prioritātēm, kā rezultātā ir pieaudzis reģistrēto personu skaits tieši pēdējos gados. 2011. gadā minēto darbības veidu ir reģistrējušas 967 personas un paziņojušas par saimnieciskās darbības veikšanu 129 personas, 2012. gadā - attiecīgi 3505 un 2311 persona, savukārt 2013. gada pirmajos divos mēnešos jau 589 un 341 persona,” norāda VID Nodokļu pārvaldes direktora vietniece Inese Bindemane.

Notāru dienu ietvaros 4. un 5. martā laikā no plkst. 10:00 līdz 16:00 114 birojos visā Latvijā zvērināti notāri skaidros īres un nomas tiesisko attiecību aspektus, kā arī sniegs bezmaksas konsultācijas par citiem iedzīvotājus interesējošiem juridiskiem jautājumiem.

Limbažos pilsdrupas pielāgos drošākai apskatei

Limbažu pilsdrupās plānota restaurācija un infrastruktūras uzlabošana, lai vēsturisko objektu varētu drošāk izmantot apmeklētāji, ekskursijas, kultūras pasākumi un izglītojošas norises. Projekts “Limbažu pilsdrupu restaurācija, kultūras mantojuma saglabāšanai un jaunu pakalpojumu attīstībai” iekļauts SAM 5.1.1.6. programmā, kuras atklāšanas pasākums 2026. gada 5. jūnijā notika Jēkabpilī, Krustpils pilī.

Limbažu novada pašvaldības pārstāvji pasākumā iepazīstināja ar plānotajiem darbiem un sagaidāmajiem rezultātiem. Plašāk par jau iepriekš izklāstīto darbu virzienu var lasīt arī materiālā par Limbažu pilsdrupu atjaunošanu apmeklētājiem.

Darbi skars mūrus, torni un apmeklētāju ceļus

Projektā paredzēta skatu torņa renovācija, kā arī pils mūru aizsargjumtu konstrukciju un seguma atjaunošana. Pagraba stāva mūriem plānota lokāla konservācija, bet vienā no telpām iecerēts izveidot ekspozīcijas vietu.

Atsevišķi darbi paredzēti pils mūru un rampas konservācijai. Tiks izstrādāta un īstenota vārtu un patrona konsoles daļas koncepcija, kas ļaus vēsturisko apjomu padarīt saprotamāku apmeklētājiem, vienlaikus saglabājot objekta autentisko raksturu.

Teritorijā paredzēta saimniecības ēkas demontāža, pils paviljona izveide, apzaļumošana un apgaismojuma izbūve. Plānots arī celiņu tīkls un panduss, lai pilsdrupas būtu pieejamākas dažādām apmeklētāju grupām.

Limbažu pilsdrupas ir viens no nozīmīgākajiem viduslaiku kultūrvēsturiskajiem objektiem Ziemeļvidzemē. Tās ir cieši saistītas ar Limbažu pilsētas vēsturisko identitāti un veido vienu no atpazīstamākajiem kultūras tūrisma pieturas punktiem novadā.

Restaurācijas darbi paredzēti ne tikai vizuālai sakārtošanai. Koka nožogojumi pils pagalmā plānoti, lai aizsargātu vēsturiskās konstrukcijas no mehāniskiem bojājumiem un palīdzētu ilgāk saglabāt izbūvēto infrastruktūru.

Atjaunotā vide ļaus pilsdrupas biežāk izmantot kultūras, izglītības un sabiedriskiem pasākumiem. Tas ir būtiski arī tūrisma piedāvājumam, jo sakārtota vēsturiska vieta ilgāk notur apmeklētāju pilsētā un dod iemeslu atgriezties.

Finansējums piešķirts vienam no desmit projektiem

Limbažu pilsdrupu restaurācija ir viens no desmit projektiem, kas saņēmuši Eiropas Savienības līdzfinansējumu šajā programmā. Centrālās finanšu un līgumu aģentūras vērtēšanai kopumā tika iesniegti 20 projektu pieteikumi.

Siguldā Ulda Deisona turnīrā uzvar Ivo Saksis

Siguldas pagasta Kultūras namā svētdien aizvadīts skolotāja un TV diktora Ulda Deisona 8. piemiņas šaha turnīrs, kurā piedalījās 26 spēlētāji no vairākām Latvijas vietām. Pēc septiņām kārtām pirmo vietu izcīnīja limbažnieks, meistarkandidāts Ivo Saksis, sakrājot 6 punktus.

Otro vietu ar tādu pašu punktu skaitu, bet zemākiem papildrādītājiem ieguva viņa tēvs, nacionālais meistars Juris Saksis. Trešais bija rīdzinieks, nacionālais meistars Jānis Visockis, kurš turnīru noslēdza ar 5,5 punktiem.

Rezultāti pēc septiņām spēļu kārtām

Par labāko jaunieti turnīrā atzīts siguldietis Georgs Veinbergs, kurš ieguva 4 punktus. Labākais Siguldas pārstāvis kopvērtējumā bija meistarkandidāts Ivars Jēkabsons; viņš ar 4 punktiem ierindojās 8. vietā.

Sacensībās startēja šahisti no Siguldas, Cēsīm, Tukuma, Rūjienas, Valmieras, Limbažiem, Ādažiem un citām Latvijas vietām. Pie galdiņiem satikās dažādu paaudžu spēlētāji, tostarp jaunieši no Siguldas Valsts ģimnāzijas un pieredzējuši šaha entuziasti, kuri personīgi atceras Uldi Deisonu.

Turnīrs, kas turpina vietējo šaha tradīciju

Uldis Deisons savulaik vadīja šaha pulciņu Siguldas 1. vidusskolā, un piemiņas turnīrā piedalījās arī vairāki viņa audzēkņi. Tas sacensībām piešķir vietējās skolas un šaha dzīves pēctecības nozīmi, neaprobežojoties tikai ar sportisko rezultātu tabulu.

Turnīru sadarbībā ar Siguldas Valsts ģimnāziju rīkoja Siguldas šaha klubs. Balvas uzvarētājiem nodrošināja Eiropas Parlamenta deputātes Sandras Kalnietes birojs.

РФ атакувала Україну 207 дронами; Україна вдарила по НПЗ

У ніч на 10 червня Росія атакувала Україну 207 ударними та імітаційними безпілотниками; Повітряні сили повідомили, що ППО збила або подавила 181 дрон, а 21 ударний БпЛА влучив на 14 локаціях. Удар відбивали авіація, зенітні ракетні війська, підрозділи РЕБ і безпілотних систем, а також мобільні вогневі групи Сил оборони. У Харкові вночі та під ранок зафіксували 26 ударів дронами, найбільше пошкоджень було в Холодногірському районі; міська й обласна влада повідомляли щонайменше про п’ятьох постраждалих. В Одесі пошкоджено два житлові будинки, постраждали жінка та двоє дітей; у Сумах удар по житловому сектору поранив двох людей; у Запорізькій області за попередню добу влада нарахувала 817 ударів по 46 населених пунктах і 10 поранених. Також з’явилися нові дані про українські удари по російських об’єктах: супутникові знімки показали значні пошкодження на нафтобазі «Грушова» біля Новоросійська після ударів 8 червня. У ніч на 10 червня повідомлялося також про удари по Куйбишевському НПЗ у Самарі та підприємству «ВНИИР-Прогресс» у Чебоксарах.

Атака на енергетиків: У Харківській області російський безпілотник атакував службовий автомобіль енергетиків; постраждалих не було.
Маршрути запусків: Повітряні сили назвали напрямки запусків: Орел, Курськ, Брянськ, Міллерово, Приморсько-Ахтарськ у РФ, а також Чауда й Гвардійське в окупованому Криму.
Типи БпЛА: У нічній атаці Росія застосувала Shahed, зокрема реактивні модифікації, «Герберу», «Італмас», баражуючі боєприпаси «Бандероль» і дрони-імітатори «Пародія».
Додаткові цілі: Kyiv Independent повідомив про атаку на нафтоперекачувальну станцію «Второво» у Владимирській області, де виникла пожежа.
Плани ударів: Президент Володимир Зеленський сказав, що Україна зараз застосовує близько 300–350 далекобійних засобів на добу і прагне вийти на рівень 600 дронів та ракет.

Туск вимагає участі Польщі у переговорах щодо України

Прем’єр-міністр Польщі Дональд Туск заявив, що Варшава має брати участь у будь-яких переговорах про завершення війни в Україні. Він сказав це після зустрічі президента Володимира Зеленського з лідерами Великої Британії, Франції та Німеччини 7 червня у Лондоні у форматі E3 без Польщі. Туск сказав, що домовленості, ухвалені без участі Польщі, не будуть для Варшави обов’язковими, і повідомив про майбутню зустріч Польщі та Італії з Великою Британією, Францією та Німеччиною. Польсько-українські відносини погіршилися після рішення Зеленського від 26 травня присвоїти Окремому центру спецоперацій «Північ» почесне найменування «імені Героїв УПА». Туск заявив, що Польща не блокуватиме початок переговорів про вступ України до ЄС, але не надаватиме Києву особливих умов; він також сказав, що польська підтримка євроінтеграції України має відповідати європейським правилам, безпеці та інтересам Польщі. Окремо Туск заперечив припущення, що Варшава закривала аеропорт у Жешуві після того, як Зеленський 7 червня полетів до Великої Британії через Кишинів, а не через Польщу. Польський прем’єр сказав, що «Жешув не був закритий». Туск також заявив, що польська сторона вітатиме учасників Міжнародної конференції з відновлення України в Гданську 25–26 червня, де Зеленський є співорганізатором.

Jelgavas Pilsētas bibliotēkā 10. jūnijā pulksten 10.00 paredzēts Jelgavas teātru un bibliotēkas draugu simpozijs. Pasākums notiks Akadēmijas ielā 26, Jelgavā, un ieeja tajā ir bez maksas.

Šis ir kultūras notikums cilvēkiem, kuriem tuva Jelgavas teātra vide, bibliotēku dzīve un vietējās kopienas satikšanās. The U.S. Defense Department on Monday updated its Section 1260H list of “Chinese military companies,” adding Alibaba, Baidu, BYD, Nio, WuXi AppTec, RoboSense and Unitree among other Chinese businesses it says aid Beijing’s military or defense industrial base. Anthropic releases public Claude Fable 5 with safeguards

Anthropic launched Claude Fable 5 on June 9 as its first generally available Mythos-class AI model, saying the system is more capable than any Claude model it has previously made widely available and performs strongly in software engineering, knowledge work, vision and scientific research. The release follows Anthropic’s April decision to restrict Claude Mythos access after the company said the model’s cybersecurity capabilities could identify vulnerabilities in critical infrastructure, including banking platforms and power grids. Claude Fable 5 comes from the same underlying model family as Claude Mythos 5 but adds safeguards that route some prompts involving cybersecurity, biology, chemistry and model distillation to Claude Opus 4.8 instead of letting Fable answer directly. Anthropic also released Claude Mythos 5 for approved cyberdefenders and infrastructure providers through Project Glasswing, a program the company said it is running in collaboration with the U.S. government. By early June, access to Mythos had expanded to about 200 organizations in more than 15 countries.

Apple delays Siri AI on EU iPhones

Apple said its redesigned Siri AI will not be available at launch on iPhones and iPads in the European Union when iOS 27 and iPadOS 27 ship later in 2026. The company presented the assistant at its developer conference in Cupertino on June 8. Apple tied the delay to the EU Digital Markets Act, saying regulators’ interpretation would require any competing AI assistant to receive the same deep system access as Siri AI, including access to messages, purchases and actions across apps. Mac users in the bloc will still get Siri AI, and the old version of Siri will remain available, Apple said. The European Commission rejected Apple’s explanation and said the DMA does not bar new products in the EU. Commission spokesperson Thomas Regnier said Apple sought at least an 18-month exemption from interoperability obligations after failing to develop solutions that met EU privacy and security standards, and he said such an exemption was not available. Regnier also said exempting Apple would leave no AI agent other than Siri AI, which he described as powered by Google, with an equal chance to be chosen by iPhone users.

The European Commission ordered Meta to restore free access to WhatsApp for rival general-purpose AI assistants within five working days while Brussels continues an antitrust investigation into the company’s WhatsApp access rules. The interim measures require access to remain in place until the investigation ends and seek to prevent what the Commission called serious and irreparable harm to competition in the growing market for AI assistants. The case centers on Meta’s October 15, 2025 policy barring third-party AI assistants from the WhatsApp for Business API, leaving Meta AI as the only such assistant available through WhatsApp, according to the Commission’s preliminary findings. Meta later reopened access for a fee, but Brussels rejected that approach as insufficient and ordered the company to restore the terms that existed before the October change. Meta said it would appeal and called the measure “regulatory overreach,” arguing that the decision would let OpenAI and other large companies use a paid WhatsApp Business product for free. If Meta does not comply with the interim order, the Commission said it can impose fines of up to 10% of the company’s total turnover in the business year before the infringement.

Iran’s football federation said June 9 that its official supporter-ticket allocation for the 2026 World Cup had been withdrawn days before the tournament begins, after the federation had begun selling tickets for Iran’s group-stage matches. The FFIRI said some supporters had already made travel arrangements and called the move contrary to the “principle of equality among participating countries”. The World Cup begins June 11, and Iran is scheduled to play New Zealand on June 15 and Belgium on June 21 in Los Angeles before facing Egypt on June 26 in Seattle. FIFA procedures normally give each participating federation 8% of tickets for its matches to distribute through official channels. FIFA said it was working to “maximise opportunities for Iranian supporters to attend matches” after the allocation was revoked.

Šis tehnoloģiskais ceļojums ar modernāko 360 grādu projekciju, mākslīgā intelekta un skaņas palīdzību ļāva mums interaktīvā veidā ieskatīties 15. gadsimta ģēnija prātā, kur māksla saplūst ar zinātni, un klātienē sajust Leonardo da Vinči darbu un inženiertehnisko izgudrojumu vērienu.

No mākslas pasaules mēs devāmies taisnā ceļā uz „Pixel” istabu, kur sākās īstais komandas pārbaudījums. Skolēni sadalījās divās komandās, lai sacenstos dažādas sarežģītības uzdevumos. Ar katru jaunu līmeni izaicinājumi kļuva arvien nopietnāki, liekot apvienot zibenīgu reakciju ar kopīgu stratēģiju un savstarpēju atbalstu.

Mājupceļā devāmies pilni emociju. Šī diena izvērtās par īstu piedzīvojumu, kurā lieliski apvienojās jaunas zināšanas, nevaldāms azarts un klases saliedētība.

No 9. jūnija Siguldas novada bibliotēkas telpas ir pārtapušas par tekstilmākslas ekspozīciju vietu, kurā apmeklētājiem ir iespēja iepazīties ar mākslinieces Andras Kurzemnieces personālizstādi „Refleksijas audumā: kad diegs kļūst par domas pavedienu”. Šī izstāde piedāvā padziļinātu un emocionāli piesātinātu skatījumu uz to, kā tekstilmāksla var kalpot par instrumentu cilvēka iekšējās pasaules, identitātes un apkārtējās vides izpētei.

Tekstilmākslas tehnika un vizuālie stāsti

Mākslinieces darbos audums un diegs iegūst dziļi filozofisku nozīmi, kļūstot par vizuāliem pavedieniem, kas atspoguļo pārdomas par sabiedrību, cilvēka dabu un savstarpējām attiecībām. Ekspozīcijā dominē mākslinieces dēvētās „auduma gleznas” – sarežģītas tekstila kolāžas, kurās smalki izšuvumi savijas ar filcējuma elementiem. Šī daudzslāņainā pieeja ļauj skatītājam pētīt faktūru dažādību un krāsu saspēli, katru darbu interpretējot kā atsevišķu, taktilu vizuālu stāstu.

Andra Kurzemniece ir ieguvusi stabilu profesionālo pamatu, absolvējot Jāņa Rozentāla Rīgas mākslas vidusskolu un Latvijas Mākslas akadēmijas Tekstilmākslas nodaļu, kur viņa strādāja profesores Ainas Muzes vadībā. Kopš 2000. gada māksliniece ir Tekstilmākslas asociācijas biedre un aktīvi piedalās izstādēs gan Latvijā, gan ārpus tās robežām. Viņas radošajā biogrāfijā ir dalība nozīmīgos starptautiskos projektos, kā arī vairākas personālizstādes, tostarp 2024. gadā rīkotā izstāde „Bezgalīgi zilganzaļais”. Tāpat māksliniece ir piedalījusies starptautiskajā tekstilmākslas triennālē „QUO VADIS?”, kurā izcēlās ar darbu „Apslēptās emocijas”, apliecinot savu spēju caur tekstilu nodot smalkas psiholoģiskas nianses.

The United Nations’ third World Ocean Assessment says the health of the world’s oceans is worsening, with climate change, pollution, overfishing and biodiversity loss putting marine systems under severe strain. Šodien, 8. jūnijā, Rīgas pašvaldībā noslēdzas pagarinātais piedāvājumu iesniegšanas termiņš vērienīgajam skolu un bērnudārzu ēdināšanas iepirkumam. Gandrīz 27 miljonus eiro vērtais līgums, kas paredz nodrošināt ēdināšanas pakalpojumus 27 izglītības iestādēs tuvāko gadu laikā, ir piedzīvojis būtiskas izmaiņas pēc Iepirkumu uzraudzības biroja (IUB) iejaukšanās.

Kas mainījies iepirkuma nolikumā?

Lai nodrošinātu atbilstību likumdošanai un veicinātu konkurenci, pašvaldība ieviesusi vairākus grozījumus:

Piegādes attālums: Tuvāko piegāžu attāluma robeža palielināta no 50 līdz 100 kilometriem.
Kritēriju precizēšana: No nolikuma ir svītrota priekšroka pretendentiem, kuriem ir lielāks bioloģisko ražotāju vai audzētāju skaits vienāda vērtējuma gadījumā.

Ko tas nozīmē ģimenēm un ražotājiem?

Šīs izmaiņas ir izraisījušas plašākas diskusijas sabiedrībā. Līdz 19. jūnijam Baltijas jūras reģionā, arī Latvijā, norisinās starptautiskās militārās mācības “BALTOPS 26”. Iedzīvotājiem Kurzemē jārēķinās ar sabiedroto gaisa kuģu pārlidojumiem, tostarp zemajiem pārlidojumiem, kā arī militārās tehnikas kustību mācību uzdevumu laikā.

Nacionālie bruņotie spēki norāda, ka mācības paredzētas NATO sabiedroto kaujas gatavības, sadarbības un atturēšanas spēju stiprināšanai Baltijas jūras reģionā. Latvijā tajās iesaistīti NBS karavīri un zemessargi, kā arī sabiedroto vienības no ASV, Lietuvas, Portugāles un Rumānijas.

Mācības aptver jūru, gaisu, sauszemi un kibertelpu

“BALTOPS 26” ir vienas no lielākajām militārajām mācībām Baltijas jūras reģionā. To mērķis ir pārbaudīt Eiropas valstu un ASV spēju kopīgi plānot un izpildīt aizsardzības uzdevumus reģionā, kur jūras drošība tieši ietekmē NATO austrumu flanga aizsardzību.

Mācībās tiek trenēta sadarbība vairākās vidēs: jūrā, gaisā, sauszemē, kibertelpā un kosmosā. Šāda pieeja ļauj sabiedrotajiem saskaņot kuģu, gaisa kuģu, sauszemes vienību un atbalsta struktūru darbību vienotā operācijā.

Šogad mācībās paredzētas evakuācijas procedūras, mīnu neitralizēšana, desanta operācijas, inženieru spēju pārbaude, kā arī zemūdens robotu izmēģinājumi un paraugdemonstrējumi.

Kurzemē paredzēta tehnikas un aviācijas klātbūtne

Latvijā daļa mācību aktivitāšu notiks Kurzemē. Plašāks konteksts par Ances pagasta mācībām rāda, ka iedzīvotājiem jāņem vērā arī transporta kustības un trokšņa ietekme konkrētās norises vietās. Tur tiks trenētas taktiskās operācijas ar sabiedroto kuģu, gaisa kuģu, zemūdens un sauszemes militārās tehnikas iesaisti.

Mācību laikā paredzēti sabiedroto gaisa spēku iznīcinātāju un helikopteru lidojumi. Iedzīvotāji var pamanīt zemus pārlidojumus, kas ir daļa no iepriekš plānotiem militārajiem uzdevumiem.

NBS karavīri sadarbībā ar ASV karavīriem militārajā bāzē “Liepāja” un militārajā bāzē “Mežaine” izbūvēs koka karkasa ēku infrastruktūru dažādu mācību uzdevumu izpildei. Vienlaikus vienības pilnveidos operāciju plānošanu un izpildi, mainot atrašanās vietas.

Plašāks reģionālais fons redzams arī Baltijas drošības sadarbībā, tostarp ASV klātbūtnē un sabiedroto saistībās Baltijas valstīs, par ko iepriekš rakstīts saistībā ar ASV atbalstu Baltijas drošībai.

BALTOPS Latvijā notiek kopš deviņdesmitajiem gadiem

“BALTOPS” ir ikgadējas militārās mācības, kurās Latvija piedalās kopš 1996. gada. Tās organizē NATO Jūras spēku trieciengrupas štābs STRIKEFORNATO sadarbībā ar ASV 6. floti un JFCBS.

Mācību nozīme Baltijas jūras reģionā saistīta ar sabiedroto spēju ātri saskaņot komandvadību, pārvietošanos, sakarus un dažādu spēku veidu sadarbību. Tie ir elementi, kas krīzes brīdī nosaka, cik ātri valstis spēj reaģēt un aizsargāt jūras ceļus, ostas, piekrasti un kritisko infrastruktūru.

Iedzīvotājiem jāņem vērā troksnis un pārvietošanās

Praktiskākais efekts iedzīvotājiem būs dzirdams un redzams mācību norises vietu tuvumā: aviācijas troksnis, militārās tehnikas pārvietošanās un īslaicīgi intensīvāka karavīru klātbūtne. Šādas aktivitātes ir plānotas mācību procesa daļa.

NBS informācija liecina, ka mācības turpināsies līdz 19. jūnijam. Kurzemē īpaša uzmanība pievērsta taktiskajām operācijām, sabiedroto spēku savietojamībai un uzdevumiem, kuros vienlaikus iesaistīti jūras, gaisa un sauszemes spēki.

Strong jobs report ends S&P 500 rally

The S&P 500’s nine-week rally ended Friday with a sharp selloff after a stronger-than-expected employment report, according to a Seeking Alpha market note published June 7. The note said the decline erased about a month of gains. Seeking Alpha contributor Erik Conley wrote that risk-off sentiment dominated the session as investors sold high-beta, momentum and growth stocks and bought value, defensive and energy shares. He said five of 12 equity model indicators were flashing yellow, maintained a 90% equity allocation and held 10% in cash while monitoring for further downside signals.

The Vegas Golden Knights beat the Carolina Hurricanes 5-4 in double overtime Saturday night at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas to take a 2-1 lead in the 2026 Stanley Cup Final. Shea Theodore scored 5:38 into the second overtime when his shot caromed off the end boards and deflected in off Carolina goalie Brandon Bussi, ending a game Vegas led 4-0 after two periods. Mitch Marner sparked Vegas’ second-period surge with a natural hat trick in 6:10, the fastest hat trick in Stanley Cup Final history, but Carolina answered with four third-period goals to force overtime. The Hurricanes scored three of those goals in 39 seconds, also a Stanley Cup Final record, before Andrei Svechnikov tied the game late on a power play. Game 4 is scheduled for Tuesday night in Las Vegas. Vegas can move within one win of the Cup, while Carolina can even the best-of-seven series before it returns to Raleigh for Game 5.

Series odds: Teams that take a 2-1 lead in the Stanley Cup Final have won the Cup 46 of 57 times, or 80.7%.
Marner record: Marner’s four-point Game 3 gave him a Golden Knights single-postseason record of 28 points, passing Jack Eichel’s 26-point mark from 2023.
Goalie switch: Carolina replaced Frederik Andersen with Brandon Bussi to start the third period after Andersen allowed four goals on 16 shots; Bussi stopped his first 18 shots before the winner.
Heavy minutes: Vegas defenseman Brayden McNabb returned wearing a full face shield after taking a puck to the face in Game 2 and logged 35:47 with two assists in Game 3.
